Welcome to kassandraliot.com, the official online boutique of Kassandra Liot, specialized in the sale of high-end, handmade clothing and accessories. This commercial policy details our conditions of sale, delivery, return and refund, in accordance with current French and European regulations.
The customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale prior to placing an order.
Validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of the general sales conditions.

We offer a range of luxury items carefully selected for their quality and exclusive design. Each item is described in detail on our website, including :

Product availability
All products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by e-mail and will have the choice between a refund or waiting for the product to be restocked.
Pricing
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date. Prices are given in euros. They do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition and indicated before the order is validated. Prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order, and any change in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products in the online store.
Payment in full must be made at the time of ordering. At no time may the sums paid be considered as deposits or advance payments.
Product information
The products governed by these terms and conditions are those which appear on the seller's website and which are indicated as sold and dispatched by the seller. They are offered while stocks last.
The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, the seller cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation. Product photographs are not contractual.
Order
Ordering process :
To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, choose the size, and add them to the shopping cart. Once the basket has been validated, the customer is invited to enter their delivery and invoicing details, and to make a secure payment via the options provided.
Order confirmation:
Once the order has been validated, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer, summarizing the details of the order (products, price, delivery charges, etc.). This e-mail constitutes a sales contract between the customer and Kassandra Liot.
In the event of unavailability of an ordered product, the buyer will be informed by e-mail.
Order modification or cancellation :
As we offer exclusively made-to-order pieces, once your order is cut or sewn, we cannot accept any cancellation, exchange or refund request, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order, contact us immediately.

Payment security:
Transactions are carried out on secure payment platforms. Customer bank details are never stored by Guérin Paris.
Terms of payment:
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. The order will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. In the event of refusal of payment by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery times :
Delivery times are indicated when the order is finalized. They may vary depending on the customer's location and transport conditions. Kassandra Liot makes every effort to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to external reasons (customs, strikes, etc.).
Delivery tracking:
An e-mail containing a tracking link is sent to the customer as soon as the order is dispatched. This enables the customer to track the progress of his parcel.
Return policy
Return process:
- To initiate a return in the event of a proven defect, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of receipt of your order, by sending an e-mail to contact@kassandraliot.com. Our team will respond within 48 hours to assist you in processing the return.
- You are responsible for shipping the return. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of shipment with a tracking number, as Kassandra Liot is not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
Returned item conditions:
Shipping and duties are non-refundable; items must be returned unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all tags and/or original packaging; return must be shipped in the original package. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of packaging from the refund amount if the item is not returned in its original box. In the event of incorrect use of return documents resulting in additional costs for Kassandra Liot, these costs will be deducted from the refund.
Liability for Loss or Theft:
Kassandra Liot declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or mishandling of a returned package. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service to guarantee the security of your return.
Refund Policy
Refund period:
Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt and verification of returned items. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.
Refund exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for refund, except in the case of a proven defect.
- Promotional or sale items may be subject to specific conditions, which we will inform you of at the time of purchase.
Warranties and after-sales service
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (article L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Application of the warranties :
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer may contact customer service to initiate a return or repair procedure. Depending on the case, Kassandra Liot will repair, exchange or reimburse the product concerned.
