Pre-order

All our pieces are available for pre-order only. Pre-order items require a lead time that can vary from 1 to 4 weeks after order validation. This lead time is indicated on each product page, and may be extended depending on the complexity of the order, availability of materials, or high demand. In the event of an extended lead time, we will keep you informed of the progress of your order by e-mail.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your garment has been crafted and is ready to be sent, you will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail, including a tracking link to follow the progress of your package.

Shipping times

Shipping times begin once the product has been crafted and is ready for dispatch.
For the time being, we only offer the option of Standard delivery ( 3 to 7 working days ) depending on destination.

Note: The shipping times indicated above are estimates and may vary according to location and external conditions (customs requests, transport delays…)

Shipping delays

Although we make every effort to meet our delivery deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as material shortages, extended production lead times,
or logistical problems.
In case of delays, we will keep you informed by e-mail.

-Standard delivery U.E : 20€
-Standard delivery International : 40€

Customer responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
Kassandra Liot cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

RETURN policy

Kassandra Liot is committed to offering high quality pieces, all handmade with the utmost care. We understand that returns may be necessary in some cases.
This policy details the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds.

Custom pieces

Custom garments made to the customer's specifications (size, cut, design) are unique. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, these items are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We recommend that you check your measurements carefully and consult our size guide before ordering.

Preorder pieces

Each piece, designed and handcrafted in the heart of our atelier in Madrid, is available for pre-order and made just for you. The made-to-order process contributes to minimizing waste and conscientiously planning our production. It restores a taste for patience and creates already a bond with your awaited garment.

Preorder garments are crafted after order confirmation.
Due to pre-order manufacturing, exchanges are not possible, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Each piece is created for you. For a different size or model, please place a new order.

Cancellations

As we offer exclusively made-to-order pieces, once your order is cut or sewn, we cannot accept any cancellation, exchange or refund request,
except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Return procedure

If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order, contact us immediately and follow this return procedure:

1. Contact our Customer Service: Send an e-mail to contact@kassandraliot.com with your order number, the reason for the return and photos of the product in case of defect or error on our part.
2. Return instructions : After validation, you will receive by e-mail the instructions for sending the returned product.
3. Product shipment: Once your return request is accepted, you have 7 days to return your item. Kassandra Liot is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to our studio to the following address:

Calle López de Hoyos 80, 4A, Madrid, SPAIN.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that:

-Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable
-All returned items must be in its original condition : unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged.
-All returned items must be complete with all original tags and packaging.
-The return must be sent in the original package. If the item is not returned in its original box, we will deduct the cost of packaging from the refund amount.
-All returns will be inspected carefully. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Only Kassandra Liot can determine whether products are in their original condition.

Refunds and exchanges

If a item has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order, please contact us immediately. We will propose an exchange, repair or refund, depending on the possibilities.
After receipt and inspection of the return, a refund will be issued within 14 working days via the original payment method. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
